Mother's Day 2012

We were still up at the ranch for Mother's Day, so Brandon, my dad, Jeff, Laura's family, and my grandparents drove up to Prescott to join us. We had a fun day relaxing, helping out, listening to the band, wine tasting, and dinner out in Prescott before heading home.

Our little rancher

This past weekend we headed up to Juniper Well Ranch to help out and for some fun. My mom's good childhood friend and her husband own this ranch and winery. Laura and I were able to help out at a wedding that was going on and a Mother's Day event. It was really fun to see Rylie having the time of her life playing in the dirt, collecting rocks, and helping plant flowers...she had a blast!

Rylie's Sesame Street Party

Rylie loves Sesame Street, so I thought it would be the perfect theme for her 2nd birthday party. It was more of an Elmo and Friends party, as Elmo is really easy to find and the other characters...not so much. We held the party at this great park that also has a splash pad, which was a good thing since it turned out to be a little bit warm that day. She loved having all of her friends there and it was fun to see her recognize the Sesame Street items throughout the party.

I loved how the fruit and veggie trays turned out!

The favor table. Each kid went home with some stickers and home made playdough.

The amazing chocolate covered oreos made by Tammy Wise!

Grammy and Papa Perkins with their great grandkids!

This face really shows how Rylie felt about the Splash pad!

She loved the pinata!

Uncle Jeff had to step in to help break the pinata. :)
