Disneyland Favorites

For those of you who don't know...Brandon and I love Disneyland! Last year was our first year with annual passes, and we went alot. I decided to put together a little slideshow of some of my favorite pictures from our trips over the past year. The seasons change at Disneyland, and you would be amazed at how extravagent they make everything look! Going there never gets old since we try to do something new everytime we are there. Our current favorite rides are Indiana Jones in Disneyland and the Toy Story Mania in California Adventure. We have gone with a bunch of different people, so every trip feels so different. Halloween was great because of the pumpkins, and when we were there at Christmas, it was raining so the park was pretty much empty! And leave it to Brandon to find new and great food on every trip...if you are trying to save money, don't go with him as he eats his way through the parks!

We love it there, and just renewed our passes for the upcoming year! Stay tuned for more great pictures from the Happiest Place on Earth!

And the house is painted...

Brandon was on Spring Break this past week, so we decided to finally paint our house (and I'm pretty sure that it will be the first and last time that we do that much at one time!). After changing colors a few times (anyone need 2 gallons of brown, but kind of looks like purple when you put it on the wall, paint?), my mom and aunt came over to help us. It took a little while, but the finished product is great! I feel like our home is ours now...not that it hasn't always been, but it feels less generic and more personal now.

The "before" pictures.

They had to prop these two 2x4's up on a windowsill to reach the top of the wall above our staircase...I really did not want to watch!

Baseball has begun!!

Well, if you can't tell just by looking, Brandon and I are huge baseball fans. So this is a great time of year for us cuz the MLB season is about to begin! While patiently waiting for our beloved D-backs to start their season, we were able to catch a few other games. Living in Arizona has its advantages when it comes to Spring Training season! We have also started to really enjoy going to the ASU Baseball games...four years of college there and I never once went to a baseball game...but that changed when I met Brandon. Here are a few photos of one of our favorite things to do together.

Brandon's Mom, Helen, and little brother, Blake, joined us from California for the Angels game. We had 75 degree weather and slightly overcast skies...perfect for a baseball game!
